Consortiums


  • Undersea Technology Innovation Consortium (UTIC) – UTIC exists to facilitate collaborative, rapid development, testing and commercialization of innovative undersea and maritime technology for commercial, academic and nonprofit organizations contributing to the defense and security of our nation.
  • Border Security Technology Consortium (BSTC) – BSTC supports the CBP and other potential customers within DHS in providing collaborative R&D and rapid prototyping/piloting capabilities germane to the border security domain.
  • The Training and Readiness Accelerator (TReX) – TreX expedites development, demonstration, and delivery of prototypes to increase Warfighter readiness. With a focus on modeling, simulation, and training, TReX provides the United States Government with an agile mechanism to iterate and refine critical technologies to keep pace with ongoing and emerging challenges.
  • Consortium for Energy, Environment and Demilitarization (CEED) – CEED is a consortium composed of leading companies and institutions in the Energy, Environmental and Demilitarization technology sectors.
  • C5 Consortium – C5 is composed of leading companies and institutions in the C4ISR and cyber technology sectors. C5 accelerates the development and deployment of new capabilities to the Warfighter through the use of Other Transaction Authority.
  • Naval Aviation Systems Consortium – The Naval Aviation Systems Consortium has been formed to support the technology needs of the Naval Air Warfare Centers (NAWCs) and the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) through the use of Other Transaction Authority.
  • Autonomy Research Collaboration Network – The Autonomy Research Collaboration Network or ARCNet is a collaboration of industry and academic members working in concert to expedite the development of technology and to address current and future Air Force and other DoD technological needs.

Multi - Award Contracts


  • Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) – NASC has been awarded an RS3 prime contract. This contract is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Performance Based Services Contract that provides customized best value solutions to organizations whose mission is Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR). The breadth of the RS3 Contract scope also encompasses most cyber (C5) related support services.
  • SeaPort-NXG – Awardees of the Seaport-NXG IDIQ provide qualified personnel, materials, facilities, equipment, test instrumentation, data collection and analysis, hardware and software, and other services to support the Department of the Navy (DON) in the execution of its overall organizational functions and the specific missions of the individual activities and ordering offices. This includes services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the DON ordering activities. Seaport-NXG awards fall into two broad categories; Engineering Services and Program Management Services.
